Day of Silence

Day of Silence is a “day of action in which students across the country vow to take a form of silence to call attention to the silencing effect of anti-LGBT bullying and harassment in schools.” The 2017 Day of Silence is planned for April 21, 2017. The “anti-bullying” campaign is sponsored by the national organization, GLSEN, and local GSA clubs. It has also been sponsored by Diversity Clubs and teachers in High Schools and Middle Schools.
