McDade-Montez, Elizabeth

Elizabeth McDade-Montez joined ETR in 2014. Prior to coming to ETR, she was a Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Merced. She received her PhD in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Iowa, completed her pre-doctoral internship at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, and received her BA in Psychology and Feminist Studies from Stanford University. Dr. McDade-Montez’s research interests include adolescent sexual and reproductive health, the influence of media and media literacy on adolescent health and well-being, psychological health among medical patients, and assessment and scale construction.
