Laura Perkins, MLS, began working in publishing at ETR in 2008, and loves ETR’s commitment to making health information easily accessible. As a member of the Marketing team, she is involved in all phases of managing the agency’s editorial content, and is the editor of the new Technology-Education-Community (TEC) project newsletter, “Palabras/Words.” Before coming to ETR she worked as a news researcher at the San Francisco Chronicle for over 10 years. She has a BA in English and a Masters in Library Science.
